摘要
目的:探讨丹皮酚对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的脑保护作用。方法:利用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型。治疗组缺血时腹腔注射丹皮酚,缺血2h再灌注24h观察对神经功能缺陷评分、脑组织病理形态改变、脑梗死体积的影响。结果:与对照组犤(2.27±0.70)分犦比较,丹皮酚治疗组犤(1.67±0.72)分犦症状改善,神经功能缺陷评分减少(t=2.302,P=0.029),脑组织病理形态改变减轻。梗死体积治疗组犤(105.25±9.48)mm3犦较对照组犤(117.26±7.94)mm3犦减小,但两者之间差异无显著性意义(t=2.173,P=0.062)。结论:丹皮酚对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的脑保护作用。
AIM:To explore the role of paeonol in the protection of focal cerebral ischemi a reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS:The rat models of focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion were made by the modified thread occlusion method.The rats in the treatment group were intraperi toneally injected with paeonol during ischemia.After 2-hour ischemia and 24-ho ur reperfusion,neurological impairment scores were evaluated,pathological change s were observed and infarct volumes were measured. RESULTS:As compared with the control group,improvement in the neurological imp airment scores was better in the treatment group(1.67±0.72 vs 2.27±0.70,t= 2. 302,P=0.029),and the pathological changes were slighter in the treatment group. The infarct volume in the treatment group was(105.25±9.48)mm3,smaller than th at in the control group[(117.26±7.94)mm3],but no significant difference was o bserved(t= 2.173,P=0.062). CONCLUSION:It suggests that paeonol has brain protective effects against cereb ral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.
