蝎毒镇痛组分对受损神经修复与再生过程超微结构的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察蝎毒中镇痛活性较强的组分蝎毒素-A,对神经痛动物模型受损的神经组织学和功能恢复过程的影响。方法:首先制作大鼠坐骨神经痛动物模型,并在动物模型蛛网膜下腔内埋管,连续14d向大鼠鞘内分别微量注射蝎毒-A和神经生长因子(nervegrowthfactor,NGF),电镜下观察药物对动物模型的受损神经修复与再生过程超微结构的影响。结果:蛛网膜下腔内注射20mg/L蝎毒-A5μL,能显著抑制受损神经变性的发展速度,使其超微结构显著改善。结论:蛛网膜下腔内注射微量蝎毒-A,能促进大鼠受损周围神经的修复与再生。 AIM:To observe the effects of the further analgesic active component extracted from scorpion venom(SV-A) on the function rehabilitation and neurohistology of neuralgia animal model. METHODS:Rat model of sciatic nerve pain was established firstly, and then pipe s were inserted into subarachnoid space followed by intrathecal microinjection o f SV-A and nerve growth factors(NFG) for 14 days.Under electron microscope,repa ir of injured nerve and ultrastructure during regenerative process were observed in the animal model. RESULTS:Injection of SV-A(20 mg/L,5 μL) into subarachnoid space could remark ably inhibit the development of neural degeneration after injury,and ultrastruct ure of injured nerve could be improved obviously. CONCLUSION:Microinjection of SV-A into subarachnoid space can improve the rep air and regeneration of injured peripheral nerves in rats.
