脑缺血预处理及其耐受机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 :脑缺血预处理(brainischemicpreconditioning,BIP)及其耐受机制是近几年来神经科专家研究的热门课题。短暂局灶缺血诱导产生的局灶缺血耐受和患者经历多次短暂性脑缺血发作(transientischemicattack,TIA)的情况最相似。国内外学者运用多种脑缺血预处理模型对脑缺血耐受机制进行研究,多数人认为BIP一般机制为缺血预处理可引起组织释放以腺苷为主的内源性递质与相应的受体结合,通过激活信号传导通路启动特定的基因表达出具有保护作用的效应物。BIP产生的耐受是对缺血损伤产生的一种明显迟发并持续性的神经保护作用,今后可进一步研究将BIP现象用于脑退化性病变、创伤和放射性损伤的治疗。
