右侧大脑半球语言功能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 关于右侧大脑半球是否具有语言功能的问题一直存在着争议。自1865年,法国神经病学家Broca提出优势半球的概念以来,多数学者认为具有语言功能的一侧是绝对优势半球,而非优势半球与语言功能毫不相关。后来的研究发现右侧大脑半球也具有语言功能,受损后可引起语言功能障碍,交叉性失语症的存在为右侧大脑半球具有语言功能提供了依据。从右侧大脑半球病变造成的语言功能障碍及右侧大脑半球在失语症恢复中的作用两方面,综述了右侧大脑半球的语言功能,探讨右侧大脑半球的语言加工机制,为语言功能的康复提供理论依据。
