摘要 Nogo-A与NgR和中枢神经再生抑制密切相关。Nogo-A蛋白主要表达于中枢神经少突胶质细胞的胞膜上,具有抑制神经细胞突起生长并能诱导细胞生长锥坍塌。NgR是Nogo-66(Nogo-A跨膜片段)的受体,分子构象如同弯曲的香蕉,由多个亮氨酸重复序列构成,主要分布于中枢神经细胞。最近研究发现,NgR可与Nogo-66以及其他一些中枢神经生长抑制分子(Mag,OMgp)作用,抑制中枢神经细胞生长。在此就No-go-A与NgR的结构、功能、表达特点以及有关最新研究情况做一简单介绍。
