骶神经电剌激治疗顽固性排尿功能障碍(英文)

Treatment of refractory voiding dysfunction with electrical sacral nerve stimulation

目的:观察骶神经电刺激(sacralnervestimulation,SNS)治疗顽固性排尿功能障碍的临床效果。方法:对1例确诊为顽固性排尿功能患者行骶3孔神经电刺激治疗。结果:电刺激治疗8d后及拔除电极后第1,4,8周,B超测定剩余尿量为0,尿失禁、尿频、尿急等临床症状均明显改善,每次排尿量正常。结论:骶神经电刺激能有效地治疗顽固性排尿功能障碍。

AIM:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of sacral nerve electrical stimulation in the treatment of refractory voiding dysfunction(RVD). METHODS:One patient with confirmed refractory voiding dysfunction received ner ve stimulation at S3 sacral foramen. RESULTS:Eight days after electrical nerve stimulation and in the first,fourth, and eighth week following withdrawal of the electrodes,bladder emptying without post-void residual was achieved as shown by B ultrasound examination,and the cl inical symptoms, such as urinary incontinence,frequency and urgency were signifi cantly improved with normal voiding volume each time. CONCLUSION:Electrical sacral nerve stimulation is effective in the treatment o f refractory voiding dysfunction.
