应用面罩式前方牵引器矫治骨性Ⅲ类错对侧貌的影响

Affection of the treatment of the skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion with mask maxillary protraction appliance on profile

目的 :评价面罩式前方牵引器矫治骨性Ⅲ类错牙合的效果。方法 :对 19例骨性Ⅲ类错牙合病例 ,采用面罩式前方牵引器进行矫治 ,对矫治前后X线头影测量结果进行分析。结果 :治疗后SNA平均增加 1.3 0°± 0 .78° ,ANB平均增加 3 .5 1°± 1.87° ,SND平均减小 2 .5 1°± 1.83° ,NA -pgA平均增加 6.41°± 3 .13°。 结论 :面罩式前方牵引矫治器促进上颌骨向前发育 ,抑制下颌骨向前发育 ,可以有效改善侧貌外形。

Objective:The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effection of skeletal class Ⅲ malocclusion with mask maxillary protraction appliance. Method: Nineteen patients with skeletal Ⅲ malocclusion were treated by mask maxillary protraction appliance, pretreatment and postreatment cephalometic analysis were carried out . Result:SNA,ANB and NA-pgA were increased 1.30°±0.78°, 3.51°±1.87° and 6.41°±3.13° respectively. SND is decreased 2.51°±1.83°. Conclusion:Mask maxillary protraction appliance could stimulate the growth of maxillary and anterior, inhibit the growth of mandible and anterior and profile could be improved evidently.
