术前诱导化疗后舌鳞癌中P-糖蛋白的表达

P-glycoprotein expression in tongue squamous carcinoma after pre-operative chemotherapy

目的 :探讨经术前诱导化疗后舌鳞癌中P -糖蛋白的表达。方法 :采用通用型二步免疫组化法对 2 1例舌鳞癌患者化疗前后共 42份标本进行研究。结果 :在 2 1份化疗前标本中 5例表达P -糖蛋白阳性 ,占 2 3 .81% ,化疗后 2 1份标本中 8例表达阳性 ,占 3 8.0 9% ,两者比较无统计学意义。不同病理分级、临床分期间的P -糖蛋白阳性表达亦无显著性差异。结论 :术前诱导化疗后其残留舌鳞癌细胞的P -糖蛋白表达增高 ,术后最好选择放疗。

Objective:To study the expression of p-glycoprotein in tongue squamous carcinoma after pre-operative chemotherapy . Method:P-gp expression was examined in 42samples of 21 patients with tongue squamous carcinoma through two-step immunohistochemistry. Result:5 of 21 samples untreated were P-gp positive, 8 samples with chemotherapy were positive,there was no statistics significance .No correlation was found between the pathological grade,and the clinical stage for expression of P-gp. Conclusion: positive rate of P-gp expression in creased significantly in the residual cancer cells after pre-operative chemotherapy,post-operative treatment of tongue squamous carcinoma should select radiotherapy.
