慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的测定分析

Detection the Lymphocyte Subsets of the Peripheral Blood from the Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

目的 :探讨淋巴细胞亚群 (T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞及 T细胞亚群 )在慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血中的变化意义。方法 :通过流式细胞技术比较分析 5 6例慢性乙型肝炎患者及 30例健康正常人的外周血淋巴细胞亚群。结果 :与正常对照组相比 ,慢性乙型肝炎患者组外周血 CD3+ CD4 +细胞降低 ,淋巴细胞 CD4 + / CD8+比值下降。结论 :慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,存在辅助性 T细胞减少及辅助性 T细胞和细胞毒性

Objective:To observe the changes of T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes,NK cells and T cell subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods:The three groups of lymphocytes and T cell subsets were measured by using flow cytometry in 56 chronically HBV-infected patients.Results:The propotion of CD3 +CD4 + cells and the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + significantly decreased in patients with chronical hepatitis B compared with the controls.Conclusion:Abnormality of cellular immunity existed in patient with chronical hepatitis B.
