The product and market of China farm machinery have been making great change from 2003. New development will be taken place in China farm machinery. After the No. 1 document in 2004 on raising farmer's income, more supporting policies are drawn up, such as .reducing agriculture tax, prizing the planting of high quality grain, founding 40 million yuan to encourage farmers to purchase farm machinery.
