球隔离浆体泵输送尾矿浆的优越性在于通过中间设备的巧妙转换 ,将输送尾矿浆的主动力设备转变为清水泵 ,从而减小了对主设备的磨损 ,降低了设备故障率 ,提高了环保水平。河南省某金矿的应用实践初步展示出球隔离浆体泵在中、大规模矿山尾矿处理中应用的广阔空间。

The advantage of transferring ore pulp by ball isolation pump is that the main drive force of the pump for slurry transferring is brought down to the same level as required in fresh water pump through medium components installed inside,where abrasion are reduced and break down time are minimized,and so as to helps in environmental protection.The application of the pump at a gold mine in Henan province revealed that the pump has great potential in medium and large scale of mines in tailing transferring application.
