Technology and practice of sulphuric acid production with low concentration off-gas

摘要 介绍低浓度铅烧结烟气制酸装置的生产工艺、投产及整改情况。装置采用动力波气体净化技术及WSA湿式硫酸生产技术。由于烟气含尘量较高,动力波洗涤器未达到预期效果,WSA装置也存在核心设备结构不合理、材料选择有缺陷等问题。经过整改,取得较好的效果,产品w(H2SO4)97%-98%,硫回收率达到98%以上,尾气ρ(SO2)≤572 mg/m3、酸雾含量小于或等于45 mg/m3。 The process, commissioning and retrofitting of a sulphuric acid plant based on low concentration lead sintering machine off-gas are described, in which DynaWave Scrubber gas cleaning technology and WSA sulphuric acid process were adopted. Due to high dust content, DynaWave Scrubber did not attain the performance expected and WSA system also had some problems with structure and materials of key equipment. Retrofitting proved satisfactory with product acid concentration of 97% -98% , sulphur recovery of ≥98% , SO2 content of ≤572 mg/m3 and acid mist content of ≤45 mg/m3 in tail gas.
