摘要 介绍用过饱和蒸汽法处理背压式汽轮机积盐的过程和注意事项。清洗后轮室压力从2.71 MPa下降到2.33 MPa,发电机负荷从1 145 kW恢复到1 300 kW以上,结果令人满意。建议提高锅炉给水质量,严格操作,减少积盐的产生。 Disposal of salt scaling in a back-pressure steam turbine by supersaturated steam method is described with respects to the procedure and points for attention. A satisfactory result was obtained that the pressure in weal housing was decreased from 2. 71 MPa to 2. 33 MPa and the load of the generator was recovered from 1 145 kW to over 1 300 kW. It is suggested that the quality of boiler feed water should be improved and the boiler operated in strict accordance with the rules.
