补料分批发酵过程计算机控制系统的设计与应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对补料分批发酵过程的特点,设计了一套适合于现场控制策略的计算机控制系统。其中现场控制部分采用OMRON公司的C200HEPLC进行数据的采集和常规控制任务;上位机采用国产组态软件组态王编程,考虑到组态王在编制复杂算法程序方面的局限性,故用VB编制复杂控制算法程序,实现组态王的二次开发。实际应用表明,该系统可靠、稳定、控制精度较高。 According to the characteristic of batch feed ferment process,a suit of computer control system which is adaptive to scene is designed.In the system,C200HEPLC of OMRON is used in scene in order to collect data and carry out general control task;Kingview made in China is adopted to programme computer's program.Control arithmetic is programmed by VB,which realizes exploitation of Kingview, because of the localization of Kingview in programming complex arithmetic program.Practical application shows that the system is reliable,stable and higher precision of control.
