摘要
针对激光标刻应用中激光及振镜控制、光电输入检测、生产线速度检测等特殊需求,提出了一种基于计算机PCI总线的激光标刻系统控制卡的设计方案。应用该方案设计的控制卡集检测、控制于一体,采用复杂可编程逻辑控制器件(CPLD)为核心的译码控制电路,具有在线编程的能力,适合飞行标刻在内的广泛激光标刻控制系统。该设计方案提高了标刻系统的稳定性及标刻速度,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
According to the requirements of laser device controlling、photoelectric signal & product line speed detection in the laser marking system, a design of a PC-based control card based on PCI bus is proposed. Due to the using of CPLD, it has the ability of ISP. It is suitable for most laser marking systems including laser flight marking system. It has been used in industry, obtaining good result in speed & stability. It gives a feasible way to design a control card for laser marker.
