摘要
目的 :探讨院内子痫的临床特征 ,总结发生此类病例的经验教训 ,并提出防治对策。方法 :对 2 5例院内子痫病例进行临床回顾性分析。结果 :院内子痫病例中 ,产后子痫比例明显增多 ,非典型病例增多 ,发作前多有自觉症状。结论
Objective:By studying the clinic characteristics of eclampsia happened in hospital and summarizing the experience to provide preventive and therapeutics measure. Methods:A total of 25 cases of eclampsia in hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In the cases of eclampsia in hospital, the rate of postpartum eclampsia increased obviously and atypical cases increased. Most of patients complaining subjective symptoms (21/25).Conclusion:Standardization therapeutics with magnesium sulfate and close supervision were key of decreasing the risk of eclampsia in hospital
