新生儿窒息原因分析与对策

Analysis on cause of neonatal asphyxia and its countermeasure

目的 :总结产科新生儿窒息的原因 ,为预防其发生提供经验。方法 :回顾性分析我院 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年新生儿窒息病例 10 1例 ,比较产科各因素对新生儿窒息的影响。结果 :新生儿窒息率为 1.0 7% ,其中剖宫产占 32 .6 7% ,早产 17.82 % ,脐带异常占 14 .85 % ,新生儿窒息中有 72例发生胎儿宫内窘迫。结论 :剖宫产、早产、脐带异常是导致新生儿窒息主要原因。加强围产保健 ,加强自我监护意识 ,预防早产 ,采取综合监测指标提高产科临床诊断的准确性 。

Objective:To summarize the obstetric causes of neonatal asphyhyxia and find ways to prevent its occurrence.Methods:101 cases of neonatal asphyxia in this hospital during 2001~2003 were retrospectively reviewed to explore the different effection of various causes on neonatal a sphyxia.Results:The rate of neonatal asphyxia was 1.07%.Among those with neonatal asphyxia,cesarean section covered 32.67%,premature delivery did 17.82% and abnormal cord did 14.85%,respectively.Conclusion:The major causes of neonatal asphyxia were cesarean section,premature delivery,abnormal cord.Improving healthy protection of pregnancy women,strengthening the monitoring of perpartum and intrapartum,preventing premature delivery and controlling the rate of cesarean section are the key of decreasing the occurrence of neonatal asphysia.
