摘要
目的:研究短暂心肌缺血后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的空间表达规律。方法:建立新西兰兔心肌缺血模型。根据再灌注时间分为3h、4h、6h、7h以及假手术组(n=6)。Westernblotting检测VEGF在缺血区心肌、非缺血区心肌、肾、骨骼肌、血浆、肝、肺以及脑组织的表达。结果:与假手术组相比,心肌、肾、骨骼肌、血液、肝和肺的VEGF表达升高(P<0.05)。血液的VEGF和缺血区心肌中VEGF相关(P<0.05)。结论:心肌缺血刺激使心肌VEGF表达增高,也使邻近组织和远隔组织的表达增加;血液与心肌VEGF具有相关性。
Objective:To explore the spatial pattern of the expression of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF) after transient myocardial ischemia. Method: Transient myocardial ischemia model was established by occluding the LVA in 36 New Zealand rabbits. The rabbits were divided into the control group, and 3h group, 4h group, 6h group and 7h group(n=6)according to the time of reperfusion.The levels of VEGF protein were analyzed by Western blotting in the ischemia myocardium,non-ischemia myocardium, kidney,skeletal muscle,blood,liver,lung and brain. Result:The levels of VEGF protein were elevated in myocardium, kidney, skeletal muscle, blood, liver and lung(P<0.05), and there were correlations among the blood and the ischemic myocardium(P<0.05).Conclusion: Transient myocardial ischemia may facilitate the expression of VEGF not only in ischemic myocardium,but also in other non-ischemic organs.There are certain correlations among the VEGF of blood and myocardium.Author′s address Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing,210029
