“精”学说与干细胞辨识

成体干细胞功能不足则会导致生长发育障碍或人的早衰现象 ,中医认为此为先天之精不足 ,临床以补肾填精法来治疗如五软五迟和早衰等病证。故今后或许可从调控干细胞增殖分化角度来研究中医学中由于先天之精不足所导致的一系列病证。从干细胞角度来阐述中医学“精”学说 ,讨论了它们的相似之处。认为全能干细胞蕴藏了全部先天之精 ,这是精的来源。并将全能干细胞及已发现的多种成体干细胞的功能 ,与“精”的繁衍生殖、生长发育、生髓化血等功能相比较 ,认为“精”与干细胞的基本属性较相似。试图为中医基础理论现代化研究提供一个新的思路。

This article discuss the similar meaning between the theory essence of traditional Chinese mdicine(TCM)and stem cell.Totipotent stem cells are the srigin of essence.It contains all congenital essence of life.We compare the funcition of totipotent stem cells and somatic stem cells with essence wihich includes generation,development and production of the modemization of the basic theory of TCM by this articel.
