摘要
介绍了一种利用激光外差测量转动物体偏心距的动态测量方法。以CO_2激光器为本振光,转动圆盘模拟转动物体,对其在不同转速下的偏心距进行精密测量,给出测量应满足的条件和测量结果。
-A new method of measuring rotary eccentricity by means of optical heterodyne is described, by which the eccentricity of some rotary subjects, such as turnplate, rotator and so on, can he measured dynamically and precisely. The experiment has been done with CO2 laser as local oscillator and turnplate as analog target. The requirements for measurement are given and analyzed.
