摘要
目的 :为中医药、单胺类神经递质与运动性中枢疲劳的研究提供依据 ;方法 :以大鼠端脑和间脑NE、DA、DOPAC等为研究指标 ,探讨补充中药对急性耐力运动大鼠脑内儿茶酚胺类神经递质的影响 ;结果 :①长时间急性耐力运动使端脑和间脑DA水平降低 ;服药组大鼠运动后端脑DA含量的增加 ,可能对维持锥体外系的功能具有积极性作用 ;间脑DA水平提高对垂体激素的释放产生何种影响 ?有待深入研究。②长时间急性耐力运动可能会对实验动物脑循环状况、学习记忆能力及精神活动等方面产生不利影响 ;中药补剂对急性耐力运动后脑循环调节、阳性条件反射的建立与执行及精神活动具有一定的积极性调节作用。③中药对耐力运动鼠端脑和间脑DA的合成和分解代谢有一定的积极性调节作用。
