中医藏象实质细胞生物学假说(下)

Hypothesis of the Essence of Five Zang in TCM(Ⅱ)

中医藏象学说 ,一直是中医理论的核心和精华所在。众所周知 ,“五藏”绝不等同于西医的心、肺、肝、脾、肾。多年来 ,对中西医结合的藏象实质展开深入研究的各位先驱所取得的成绩 ,使我们一步一步地揭开中医藏象实质的面纱。综合中医藏象的现代研究的成果和相关细胞生物学的新近进展 ,提出中医藏象实质细胞生物学假说 ,认为中医藏象的实质在于细胞和亚细胞结构。“五藏”其实是细胞的“五脏” ,细胞的“五脏”是细胞的五个不同功能系统 ,可以落实为不同的亚细胞结构 ,即线粒体———中医之“脾” ,染色体———中医之“肾” ,配体 -受体 -信号转导系统———中医之“肝” ,细胞膜———中医之“肺” ,离子通道———中医之“心”。因此 ,中医藏象实质细胞生物学假说 ,实质上是一种“微观”和宏观相结合的学说 ,从它着手 ,中医理论可以和现代医学的最前沿的细胞生物学甚至分子生物学相结合 ,从而使中医与现代医学理论实现真正意义上的融合。本文上篇介绍“五藏”与 5个亚细胞结构的对应关系 ,下篇用这 5个亚细胞结构说明“五藏”之间的生理和病理联系。

The theories of five Zang are the core and soul of theories of TCM. It comes to light that five Zang in TCM are not equal to the organs in modern medicine such as heart, lung, liver, spleen and kidney. The achievements, which avant-courier deeply studying the Essence of five Zang in TCM have got, make us learn them more and more. This thesis synthesizes the fruits of the modern studies of five Zang in TCM and the new advancement in cell biology to bring forward the hypothesis in cell biology of the essence of five Zang in TCM. It deems that the essence of five Zang in TCM is the structures in cell and sub-cell. Five Zang in TCM are the five internal organs in cell actually. The five internal organs in cell are five function systems, which are taken by five structures in sub-cell, i.e. Spleen=Mitochondrion, Kidney=Chromosome, Liver=Ligand-receptor-signal transduction system, Lung=Cell membrane, Heart=Ion channel, Thus, the hypothesis of the essence of five Zang in TCM is a theory combining the microcosmic and the macroscopical, By the way of the hypothesis, the theories of TCM can integrate to these of modern medicine in deed in front subject, molecule biology as well as cell biology.
