胃肠舒泰颗粒长期毒性实验研究

Experimental Study on Chronic Toxicty of Weichang Shutai Granule

目的 :观察胃肠舒泰颗粒对大鼠的长期毒性。方法 :大鼠用胃肠舒泰颗粒连续灌胃给药 8周 ,观察一般状况、血常规、血生化检测和主要脏器的病理组织学检查 ,并于停药两周后观察恢复期变化。结果 :给药期间及停药后大鼠的一般状况无异常 ,体重增加 ,血常规、血生化等指标均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;各脏器的病理组织学检查无异常。结论 :各剂量组胃肠舒泰颗粒未对大鼠造成长期毒性。

Objective: To observe the chronic toxicity effect of WeiChang ShuTai granule on rats. Methods: chronic toxicity was performed in rats, three groups (66.4g/kg, 33.2g/kg and 16.6g/kg of WeiChang ShuTai granule) and control group (equal volume of NS) were divided up. To feed SD rats for 8 weeks with WeiChang ShuTai granule and then test their general condition, blood routine, blood biochemical criterion and the major organs on pathological section. And observe the change of convalescence 2 weeks after discontinuation. Results: The general condition of rats were not found abnormity on feeding medicine and after stopping medicine; weight gain; the blood routine and blood biochemical criterion had no significant differences (p>0.05); the major organs on pathological section had no significant differences too. Conclusion: There was no marked chronic toxicity at 3 doses of WeiChang ShuTai granule.
