壮肾排毒胶囊治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的实验研究

目的 :观察壮肾排毒胶囊对腺嘌呤所致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭的影响。方法 :用腺嘌呤制造大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭模型 ,通过检测大鼠肾脏指数、肾长径、血清肌酐、尿素、血钙、血磷、二氧化碳结合力、一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶及肾脏病理组织学变化 ,观察壮肾排毒胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭的作用。结果 :壮肾排毒胶囊能明显对抗腺嘌呤引起大鼠肾脏重量、肾脏指数、肾长径的变化 ,明显降低大鼠血清肌酐、尿素氮 ,升高血钙 ,降低血磷 ,明显提高二氧化碳结合力 ,显著升高血清NO和NOS ,明显减轻肾脏病理组织学的改变。结论
