摘要
本文详述了浙江大学电气自动化研究所开发的提花织物纹制CAD/CAM系统的设计与实现。该系统通过CCD彩色图象扫描仪将小样图象输入到计算机中成为数字图象,并在由高分辨率大屏幕显示器、高级图形控制卡、微型计算机及数字化仪组成的图形工作站上用自动图象处理、工艺数据库管理及人机屏幕菜单式交互的方法变换为工艺数字图象—意匠图及织物织造信息—纹板数据。最后由自动纹板冲孔机轧出控制织物花型的媒体—纹版。本系统的设计包括硬件(主要是冲孔机及其接口)与软件两部分工作。本文将着重介绍系统中的图形学方法的应用及交互方式的设计。
This paper describes a CAD/CAM system for jacquard weaving pattern by the Electrical Automation Institute of Zhejiang University. The system consists of a CCD color scanner by which the pattern is input to a microcomputer based workstation on which the draft can be modified and processed by means of interaction and an automatic card punching machine by which the cards can be produced to control the weaving patterns. The design of the system includes those of hardware and software. This paper mainly introduces the application of graphic methods and the design of the interface of man-machine interaction.
