Bai Xiu-e is a young paper-cut artist in the north of Shanxi Province. The media calls her Chinese folk paper-cut artist with the highest consciousness of intellectual property protection'. The author of this article points out: 'During the interview, she showed me the photos and copies of her works. However, for the One Hundred Ox and the Yellow River Household, She definitely told me that she was unwilling to offer them to the media, to prevent others from 'stealing her skill' and pirating.
