延迟焦化装置焦炭塔焦化炉的平面布置及配管设计

摘要 介绍了中国石化扬子石油化工股份有限公司 1.6Mt/a延迟焦化装置焦炭塔、焦化炉的平面布置和配管设计的特点 ,如 :焦化炉与焦炭塔之间的副管桥取消 ,缩短焦化炉转油管道的长度 ,减小压力降 ;甩油罐布置在焦炭塔底部 ;焦化炉转油管道的设计 ,管系布置与应力分析交替进行 ,在焦化炉各路出口汇合处采用顺介质流向 45°斜接的方式 ;四通阀管道设计时 ,综合各种因素 ,使塔嘴子处的应力值在安全范围内 ;在“在线烧焦”管道设计中 。 The plot plan and pipeline design features of coker drum and coker heater in 29 090 b/d delayed coker of Yangzi Petrochemical Company Limited are expounded. Pipeline bridge between coker heater and coker drum has been eliminated to shorten the length of coker heater transfer line and reduce the pressure drop. Oil run-down tank has been located at the bottom of coker drum. Pipeline system layout and stress analysis have been alternatively carried out in coker heater transfer line design. Down flow medium miter in 45° has been adopted at the confluence of heater outlets. In the four-way valve design, stress value of the coker drum nozzle has been limited within the safety range. In addition, bend rotating joint has been adopted in the “on-line coke burning” pipeline design.
