加氢酸性气脱硫增设预胺洗系统 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司柴油加氢装置的酸性气直接去催化裂化装置气压机入口与催化裂化干气一起脱硫 ,由于其硫含量高、流量小、压力低 ,不但造成气压机等设备腐蚀 ,而且导致干气质量不合格 ,因此决定在气压机前增设加氢酸性气预胺洗系统。加氢酸性气压力低 ,预胺洗系统的压力降要求小 ,通过优选后该系统采用了直径为 0 .5m的不锈钢塔 ,采用散堆细波纹矩鞍环填料 (填料高度为 3 .6m)和格里希公司的喷头。 Acid gas from diesel hydrogenation unit was directly sent to FCC compressor and desulfurized together with FCC dry gas in Jinan Company. As sulfur content of the acid gas is higher and its low flow capacity and pressure, not only the compressor has been corroded, but also result in an unqualified dry gas quality. So it is decided to set a pre-amine washing system in front of the FCC compressor. A stainless tower with diameter of 0.5 m has been adopted in the system as well as the dumping thin wave saddle packing (packing height is 3.6 m) and the spray jet of Glitch Company. Good effect has been obtained after the system is put into use.
