针对中国嘉陵集团的生产需要,根据影响系数法建立了一套多通道动平衡实时监测系统,可以同时对多个转子的不平衡量进行动态监测及分析,并给出了配重大小和位置。主要从动平衡测试的基本原理、软硬件的没汁、实例分析等方面阐述了整个系统的构建,并提出了求取不同转速下影响系数的一般方法。

Aimed at the need of JiaLing Inc, China, based on influence coefficient method, set up a multi - channel real - time measurement system for dynamic balance, which can measure and analyze the imbalance of several rotors in the same time, and give the revise weight and its position. The construction of the whole system is presented based on theory for dynamic balance, the design of the hardware and the software and the application analysis. A approach to retrieve the influence coefficient in different rotate speed is pro-oosed.
