摘要 蒸馏水机的数学模型较为复杂,其热交换回路中主蒸汽压力、温度与原料水的压力、流量耦和紧密,且呈非线性关系,并含有不确定项,许多经典的控制算法无法使用。根据化工热交换原理,由双效蒸发器的数学模型进行线性化处理,得到一个五阶数学模型,进而推导出六效蒸发器的数学模型。在改进蒸发器的基础上,采用了一种基于精确数学模型的模糊PID自整定控制算法,经仿真研究验证是解决上述问题的较佳方案。 Distilled water machine's work process is very complicated. The mains team pressure, temperature of its hot exchange loop and the pressure, temperature, liquid quantity of raw material water are connected closely and present nonlinear relation, uncertain mathematics model. We can' t control the system using traditional methods. Regarding hot exchange principle of chemical engineering as the foundation, we start from double - function evaporation equipment, then process it and get a five - rank mathematics model. Through it, we can deduce the mathematics model of six - function evaporation equipment. On the improved evaporator, we validate the feasibility of the hypothesis through the results of simulation by adopting fuzzy PID control arithmetic based on the imprecise mathematics mode.
