摘要
造浆粘土性能评价涉及指标众多 ,利用多指标评价造浆粘土性能 ,使评价问题更复杂。介绍了一种新的造浆粘土综合评价方法———主成分分析法。主成分分析法能消除评价指标间信息的重叠 ,而且能根据指标所提供的信息 ,通过对原始评价指标进行数学运算而自动生权 ,具有评选简单、结果可靠的特点 ,该方法既能对造浆粘土的优劣排出具体名次 ,又能结合最优分割法对造浆粘土划分等级。文中介绍了主成分分析法的分析评价过程 ,并给出了应用实例 。
In the process of evaluation on mud-making clay, sometimes many indexes are involved, which makes the process more complicated. A new evaluation method-principle component analysis method-was introduced. It can not only eliminate the correlation of assessment indexes, but also create weighting coef-ficient automatically according to information provided by mathematical calculation of primitive indexes.This method is simple and reliable, and further more, it can give the order and classification of mud-mak-ing clay. The process of analysis and evaluation was introduced, with an example illustrating its applica-tion.
