摘要 随着电信业务的繁荣,业务交互问题成为阻碍电信系统进一步发展的一大障碍。通过实例介绍了业务交互的相关概念及其产生的影响,从问题分类、研究内容和研究技术三个方面对业务交互问题进行了深入的分析,并指出了现阶段业务交互相关研究存在的问题和后续研究方向。 With the blooming of telecom services, service interaction problem has become a bottleneck in the further development of telecom system. This thesis introduced the concept of service interaction and its influence on operation. The problem of service interaction was analyzed from three aspects, classification, scope and technique. The thesis also pointed out the current drawback and future direction in service interaction research.
