摘要
我国保险行业对查勘定损车辆的调度方式基本上都是传统的人工调度方式,这种方式存在效率低等许多不足。针对存在的问题,在总结传统车辆监控调度系统不足的基础上,提出了一个基于GPS、GSM、GIS的保险查勘车辆监控调度系统的设计与实现。系统结合保险行业相关业务,集成GPS、GSM、GIS的强大定位、通讯和地理分析功能,实现了对保险查勘车辆的实时监控和准确调度。该系统已经在广州人保公司得到成功的应用,并取得了良好的效果。
The scheduling mode of surveying-automobile is mainly manual scheduling in insurance industry of China. This scheduling mode has many problems such as low efficiency. To solve these problems, a design and implementation of surveying-automobile monitoring scheduling system is put forward, which is based on GPS, GSM and GIS. Combined with related insurance business, the system integrated the powerful positioning, communication and geography-analysis function of GPS, GSM and GIS, and realized real-time monitoring and accurate scheduling of the surveying-automobile. The system has been successfully applied in Guangzhou People's Insurance Company of China and shows great effect.
