摘要
传统的电话交换网的私有性、封闭性及其开发高成本、升级换代周期长、不能及时提供具有竞争力的新业务,而市场对电信业务提出了不仅有综合业务,而且有针对特定群体,甚至个人的微服务需求。各种网络的技术特征正趋向一致,向宽带化、智能化演进,下一代网络的出现成为必然。软交换是从IP电话发展起来的下一代呼叫控制层的功能实体,呼叫与承载分离、业务与呼叫控制分离、兼顾与现有网络业务的互通及下一代网络的发展,能提供开放的、标准的API或协议,其分布式结构和网络融合能力使个人通信成为可能。软交换技术的出现,使电信运营商可通过它快速地向具有不同特征的人群提供微型服务,前景广阔,但其在商业和技术上存在无统一的标准、协议的兼容问题以及API无成熟产品、业务不明朗等问题。
The traditional telephone switch net has some characteristics of privacy, closeness, and high costs of development, but it can not provide new competitive business on time. On the other hand, the market has raised some requirements that not only have comprehensive business but also has aimed at specific group of people, even individuals. All kinds of technological characteristics are tending to be consistent, and revolve towards wide-band and intelligence. It is inevitable that the next generation of net will appear soon. The Softswitch is a functional entity of control level of next generation call, which is developed from IP telephone. Its call is separated from bearing and its business is separated from call control. Also, it gives consideration to the communication with the present net business, the development of the net for next generation, and it provides open and standard API or protocol. Its distributed structure and capability of net connection make the telecommunication possible. The appearance of Softswitch technology enable the telecommunication companies to provide micro-services for different groups of people rapidly. And its prospect is vast. However, there are some commercial and technological problems, such as lack of unified standard, compatible problem of protocol, no mature products of API, uncertainty of business, etc.
