The Powder Metallurgic Technology of Preparing Foamed Metal Material

摘要 介绍了多孔金属材料的用途和应用前景、国内外的研究现状,重点阐述了采用粉末冶金法制备多孔金属材料的基本原理、工艺流程及其优缺点。对粉末冶金法制备多孔金属材料尤其是泡沫铝过程的制坯压力、发泡剂量、发泡温度、发泡时间等参数对发泡过程的影响进行了讨论,分析了制备多孔金属材料现存问题及发展趋势。 The uses and application foreground and the current status of domestic and foreign research onfoam aluminum material are introduced in this paper,focussing on expounding basic principle and the process flow,andthe most advantage and disadvantage of preparing polymer foams materials by powder metallurgy method.The param-eters of pressure,foaming agent addition,furnace temperature and foaming time which affect on foaming process arediscussed.The existent question and the development trend of polymer foams research are analysed.
