摘要
以碳酸氢氨为沉淀剂,用共沉淀工艺合成了纳米级的 Ce_1YIG 铁氧体粉体,并采用热分析、XRD、TEM等分析手段对其物相结构及显微结构进行了分析,对粉体的饱和磁化强度随温度的变化进行了初步的探讨。结果表明:粉体中 Ce_1YIG 晶相的成相温度为 900℃。在粉体烧结过程中,始终有部分 CeO_2未进入 Ce_1YIG 晶相结构。随着烧结温度的升高,粉体中 CeO_2的量不断减少,其饱和磁化强度大约在1000℃时达到饱和。
In this paper,nanometer range Ce-substituted YIG ferrite powders are prepared by.coprecipita-tion.The phase structure and the microstructure of powders are characterized with thermal analysis,X-ray diffractionand TEM.And the relationship between saturation magnetism and sintered temperature is studied.The results showthat the YIG phase is obtained at about 900℃,and in the process of sintering,parts of cerium oxide can't enter thecrystal structure of YIG,but the amount of the cerium oxide is reduced obviously when the sintered temperature israised.The saturation magnetism will be reached when temperature rises to 1000℃.
