摘要
复杂对象版本管理,即为DBMS提供一个定义、描述和操作同一对象的多个表示或一致性状态、能支持工程设计反复性和试探性过程的控制机制是工程数据库研究方面的一个重要的课题。本文首先给出了版本化的复杂列象模型的语义说明和形式化定义,接着引入VCOHOR符号对象模型的概念,最后讨论了工程数据库管理系统(DATFEA)的对象标识器和版本服务器的设计和实现等问题。
The complex object version management, which privides a control mechanism that can define, represent and operate multiple copies of an object and can support for repeat, trialand-error processes of engineering design for DMBS, is so significant that it becomes an important question of engineering database research at present. First this paper gives a semantic description and formal definition to the versioned complex object model (VCOHOR) of DATFEA. After defining a bisic version, the concept of symbolic object model over VCOHOR is introduced. Finally we consider the design and implementation of an object identifier as well as a version server.
