This paper discusses the general procedure of programming of GPIBAutomatic Test system test programs, the persons concerned with the programming andthe problems in the process of the programming and debuggings. The paper gives thehigh-level language of the programming which is suitable for GPIB automatic test system.In addition, an example of a simple program is given.
