急性冠状动脉综合征患者GMP-140及FPA测定及其意义

摘要 目的观察急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆血小板膜糖蛋白140(GMP-140)及纤维蛋白肽A(FPA)水平的改变。方法以20例冠状动脉造影结果正常患者为对照,观察41例行经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术+支架植入术(PTCA+Stent术)的ACS患者GMP-140及FPA水平。结果ACS患者GMP-140(35.45±6.89)ng?ml、FPA(9.56±4.92)ng?L较冠状动脉造影正常患者(31.04±7.00)ng?ml、(6.31±2.28)ng?L明显升高(均P<0.05)。结论ACS患者血小板及凝血活性明显增强。 Objective To observe the levels of platelet alpha-granule membrane glycoprotein 140 (GMP-140) and fibrinopeptide A (FPA) in patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS). Methods Plasma levels of GMP-140 and FPA were measured by ELISA in 61 patients who underwent angiocardiography (CAG). All patients were divided into CAG(+) group (n=41) and CAG(-) group (n=20), the formers were ACS patients and received percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stent implantation, the later was served as control group. Results In ACS group, the levels of GMP-140 (35.45±6.89ng/ml) and FPA (9.56±4.92ng/L) were significantly higher than those in CAG(-)group (31.04±7.00) ng/ml and 6.31±2.28ng/L respectively, P<0.05). Conclusion The platelet activation and coagulative function of ACS were significantly elevated.
