试论建立科学合理的油气井废弃决策机制

DISCUSSION ON DECISION-MAKING MECHANISM TO ABANDON WELLS SCIENTIFICALLY

油气井进入开采后期 ,是继续开采还是废弃 ?如果亏损油气井不及时废弃 ,就会造成开采时间越长 ,亏损越大的不利局面。为提高油气田整体效益 ,必须建立科学合理的油气井废弃机制。当一口油气井的产出不能弥补其生产成本时 ,除个别特殊井 (如回注井等 )外 ,一般情况下都应废弃。这有利于油气田按经济产量组织生产 ,降低油气开采成本 ,提高企业效益。科学合理的油气井废弃决策 ,应建立在单井产量、成本和效益核算的基础上。油气井废弃过程中需要注意以下问题 :①油气井废弃是一个循序渐进的过程 ;②具有特殊用途的负效油气井并不一定要废弃 ;③油气井废弃要考虑技术进步的因素。

It is a practical problem to be seriously solved in oil and gas production whether the oil and gas wells should be exploited continuously or abandoned when the wells enter the late stage of production. Some wells without commercial value are being exploited so that the longer the wells are exploited, the bigger the loss is. To improve the general benefit of oil and gas fields, the scientific and reasonable mechanism to abandon wells must be established. When the selling income of production for a well is lower than its operating cost, it should usually be abandoned except a few special wells (e.g. back-filling wells), which is advantageous to organize production with economic output, decrease exploiting cost, and improving producer's benefit. Scientific and reasonable well abandoning should be based on the accounting of output, cost and benefit of single well. Attention should be paid to the following considerations in the process of well abandoning: 1 The well abandoning is a process to follow in order and advance step by step. 2 The special well with negative benefit may be not abandoned. 3 The factors of technical advance should be considered when well abandoning.
