摘要
提取麦胚凝集素(WGA),通过碳二亚胺交联法使WGA与磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)共价接合,制备WGA修饰的PE(WGA-PE)。用2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸法测定修饰程度,显微镜下观察合成产物的凝血活性。结果表明,3批WGA-PE的修饰率为40%~70%,凝血活性与等蛋白浓度的游离凝集素接近。
Wheat germ agglutinin(WGA) modified phosphatidylethanolamine(PE)was synthesized by carbodiimidemethod. The modification degree of the product WGA-PE was determined by 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid assay andthe aggregation activity was compared with free WGA in vitro. The modification degree was 40%~70% while the aggre-gation of WGA-PE was comparable with the free WGA at the same protein concentration.
