摘要 从透皮、粘膜、注射和口服给药系统等方面综述了微乳在现代药剂学中的研究进展以及微乳中药物的吸收机理。 The applications of microemulsions in drug delivery systems including transdermal, mucosal, parenteraland oral delivery systems are reviewed, and some basic absorption mechanisms are also summarized.
