最近，党中央、国务院提出坚持科学发展观。科学发展观就是坚持以人为本，走经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展的道路。以人为本，着力解决关系人民群众切身利益的突出问题，这是全党和各级政府今后的一项重大任务。
In Studying the Governmental Working Report by Premier Wen Jiabao,We deeply felt that the concept of scientific development should also be applied to the work safety field.We should pos- sess scientific ideas,scientific theories,scientific methods and hi- tech equipment,abandon the out-dated concept of object first and carry forward the modern concept of putting people first.Work safety and public security are becoming more closely related to each other and are influencing each other.
