On January 17-18, 2004, the State Council held the national work safety conference in Beijing to implement the Decision of the State Council on Further Strengthening Work Safety. Vice Premier of the State Council Huang Ju attended the conference and delivered a speech. The Deputy Governor of the various provinces in charge of work safety participated in the conference.
