The Minister of Construction Wang Guangtao made a speech on the implementation of Regulation on Work Safety Management of Construction Projects. The 'Regulations' have set up the fundamental system of work safety of construction enterprises and supervision of government, stipulated the safety-related responsibilities of various parties involved in construction activities, and defined the legitimate rights and interests regarding safety and health of construction workers. It is a specialized regulation to comprehensively standardize work safety of construction projects,' said Mr. Wang Guangtao.
