羧酰胺类杀菌剂的活性及其机理研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 自Von Schmeling等(1 966)发现萎锈灵和氧化萎锈灵,标志着内吸性杀菌剂在农业领域应用防治植物病害方面的一大突破,农用杀菌剂的开发与研究由传统保护性杀菌剂(conventional fungicides)转入内吸性杀菌剂(systemic fungicides)的创制与应用.从萎锈灵开始至目前市场上推广应用噻氟菌胺,前后共开发了二十多个相似结构的杀菌剂品种.此类杀菌剂主要用来防治由担子菌纲真菌引起的植物病害,个别品种可用于防治植物细菌病害.现已知,羧酰胺类杀菌剂主要作用于病原菌细胞呼吸过程中线粒体呼吸链上复合物Ⅱ处琥珀酸-辅酶Q的氧化还原酶系,抑制生物体能量的形成.Leroux(1996)认为琥珀酸-辅酶Q还原酶仍是创制新型杀菌剂的理想靶标,很有可能继续开发出以该靶标为作用对象的广谱性杀菌剂.
