介绍了一种在我国鲜有应用的微生物天然产物研究的系统筛选途径:化学筛选。并简要介绍了化学筛选样品的制备、数据库的建立、数据库的使用的基本知识。
Chemical screening, a systematic screening strategy for microbial natural products was introduced including preparation of samples and foundation and uses of database.
