褥疮预防护理方法探讨

A Discussion on Prevention and Nursing of Pressure Ulcer

目的 探讨两种不同褥疮护理方法的效果。方法 将 16 6例褥疮监控评分≥ 15分的患者随机分为传统组和改良组。改良组采用透气薄膜保护皮肤 ,不以按摩的方式护理因受压而发红的皮肤 ;不使用消毒剂于清洁或感染的褥疮伤口 ;不暴露伤口于空气中使其干燥 ,保持伤口的适当湿润 ;不使用气垫圈和烤灯。传统组护理方法与之相反。结果 改良组褥疮发生率明显低于传统组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 改良褥疮护理方法能增进护理人员对褥疮的认识 。

Objective To investigate the influence of two different nursing methods on the incidence of pressure ulcer.Methods 166 patients whose assessment grades of pressure ulcer were not less than 15 were randomly divided into two groups: routine group and experiment group.In the experiment group, water proof air permettant transparent membranes were applied to protect the tissue integrity instead of massaging the red skin because of pressure; no disinfectant was applied to the clean skin or infectious ulcer; and the wound was no longer exposed to the air for drying. On the contrary, a moisture barrier was utilized to promote the ulcer to heal. In the same way, air pressure mattress and roasting lamp were not used. In the routine group, all the nursing methods were totally different.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The reform of nursing care for pressure ulcer helps nurses understand more about pressure ulcer, which in turn improves nursing quality of pressure ulcer.
