非结核分枝杆菌肺病的影像学表现 被引量：20

摘要 非结核分枝杆菌(nontuberculous mycobacteria,NTM)也称非典型分枝杆菌,是一组可侵犯颈淋巴结、皮肤、软组织和肺的细菌.目前,由分枝杆菌属引起的肺部感染的发病率正在增加.NTM代表了分枝杆菌感染中的一个重要组成部分,它在影像学上有多种表现,临床表现又无特异性,因此诊断常有困难,普遍地被当成肺结核诊治,而贻误治疗时机.虽然对NTM肺病的影像学研究远不如肺结核深入,但随着时间的推移及NTM肺病发病率的增加,已可获得较前为多的有关本病的影像学资料[1].
