摘要
目的 研究含氟碳气体的表面活性剂类声学造影剂对缺血肝组织血流灌注的评估。方法 5只新西兰大白兔制备成肝脏局部缺血模型。用二次谐波显像 ,观察造影前后肝脏实质前叶缺血及正常肝脏前叶回声强度改变 ,并观察异常与正常肝脏实质视频回声强度差别。结果 造影后 ,5例正常肝脏实质回声明显增强 ,缺血区的实质回声无明显增强。造影前后异常与正常肝脏实质回声的视频回声强度差值分别为 :10 .4± 3 .2 1和 5 0 .2± 6.73 (P <0 .0 1)。结论表面活性剂类超声造影剂能明显的提高局部肝脏缺血的检出率 。
Objective To evaluate the blood perfusion of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in liver ischemia model by injecting of fluorocarbon-filled surfactant ultrasound contrast agent.Methods Partial hepatic ischemia model of 5 rabbits were set up. Observation of segmental liver ischemia in second harmonic imaging was performed before and after enhanced ultrasonography. The video intensity differences of normal and abnormal liver parenchyma were observed.Results In 5 case, contrast imaging delineated the size and margins of ischemia lesions obviously. Before and after contrast-enhanced ultrasonography,the videointensities of normal and abnormal parenchyma were 10.4±3.21 and 50.2±6.73 (P<0.01).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasonongraphy is sensitive in detecting partial liver ischemia by injecting the fluorocarbon-filled surfactant ultrasound contrast agent.
